Developers Test Data Sets

Many data sets here were generated using Matlab R2007b. Older Versions than R2007b have an error that exchanges the first two dimensions of data sets upon writing HDF5, so Matlab R2007a or older should not be used. All Matlab-generated data sets have been repacked with the hdf5 command line tools to save space and bandwidth on the server:

h5repack -v -f GZIP=9 <file>.h5 <file>.gz.h5


Extents and Displacements are in (Level, Row, Column) notation, unless in Matlab scripts. Matlab scripts use [Row Column Level].
